As an Automotive Repair Technician, AAA can offer you :

A competitive flat rate dependent on experience and position. The more you turn, the more you earn!

A Technicians : $23.00 - $35.00 / hr Flat Rate; 30 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

B Technicians : $20.60 - $32.00 / hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

C Technicians : $16.25 - $25.30 / hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

A Productivity Incentive that gives you the potential to earn up to an additional $1,100 per month!

Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

What our Automotive Repair Technicians do :

Accurately perform maintenance and automotive repairs / diagnosis for engine repair, automatic / manual transmissions, suspension / steering, brakes, ABS / traction control, electrical, and heating / AC.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

What you will need to succeed :

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid for by AAA) or car dealer certifications

Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and light- and medium-duty trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.

The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
