Tiny Sprouts Playschool is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

Childcare Provider

Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a classroom or daycare setting
- Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote childhood development
- Supervise and engage children in play, educational activities, and outdoor time
- Provide basic caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area
- Monitor and manage children's behavior, using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques when necessary
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns

Skills:
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and co-workers
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a warm and supportive environment for children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
