TERRA Staffing Group is Hiring a Program Engineer | Manufacturing Near Mesa, AZ
A growing manufacturing company in Mesa is looking to add a Program Engineer to their team.
This manufacturer is a leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality and high-performance RF cables, assemblies, connectors, and custom solutions for military, aerospace, and space applications.

Program Engineer Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers with account program management activities.
- Responsible for project deliverables, planning, predicting, and managing project tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of projects from infancy stage to completion.
- Ensure that projects follow customers' requirements and compliance and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours.
Program Engineer Qualifications
- Over 3 years of Program or Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Direct experience working with customers and providing support.
- Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable or related products preferred.
- BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assemblies.
- Travel up to 15-20%.
