As a Thunderbolt Solutions team member, you will use your creativity and innovation to perform a variety of software engineering tasks to support our Customer onsite in Moorestown, NJ.
Specific Responsibilities
Will design, develop, and troubleshoot application software. Performs preliminary and detailed design, design implementation (coding), subsystem Level 1 and Level 2 tests for assigned capabilities. Supports system level integration as assigned. Participates in software reviews. Research problems discovered by product support or customers and develops solutions to the problems. As required, provides inputs for documentation of new or existing programs. Primarily interfaces with intra organizational staff. Routinely interfaces with the customer regarding requirements and test.
We want YOU on our team if you have:

• At least 2 years of related industry experience developing software applications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Object Oriented design/development including the employment of Design Patterns to facilitate the utilization of software insulation techniques and plugins
• 2 years of experience developing software with C . Experience with Python and Bash a plus.
• Experience working with the Windows, Solaris, and LINUX environments.
• Experience developing Solaris, and other variants of UNIX scripts.
• Strong skills with MS Office and Integrated Development Environments (IDE) such as Eclipse.
• Familiar with UML syntax and its use.
• Familiar with the xUnit framework, especially JUnit and CppUnitLite.
• Experience with CMMI Level 5 life cycle processes and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance;interim required to start
• U.S. Citizenship required

Experience with the following tools are considered a plus::

• Knowledge of Aegis BMD System
• GIT (Version Control software)
• UCC (Universal Code Counter)
• Greenhopper (Agile Development Project Management tool)
• JIRA (Issue and bug tracking tool)
• Crucible (Peer Code Review tool)
• Bamboo (build/deployment tool)

Current U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance is desired
