Job description

Implements food service for the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association ballroom/banquet facilities. Responsibilities include providing food and beverage service to members/guests for catered events. Ensures that all programs and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports directly to the Banquet Manager for direction in the proper execution of room setup.
• Assists with maintenance of all banquet equipment and organization of ballroom storage areas.
• Maintains the proper service protocol to all members/guests at banquet functions.
• Presentation of menu items, table service during meal service and removable of tableware when guests are finish.
• Provide general service and attention to ballroom banquets, to include keeping furnishings, wait stations, bus stations clean and tidy.
• Provide consistently high customer service at all times. Informs supervisor of customer complaints as soon as they occur.
• Consistently complies with all state, local and Association laws/policies regarding the sale and disposition of alcoholic beverages.
• Other assigned duties as specified by supervisor.
