**VCA Crocker Animal Hospital (http://www.vcahospitals.com/crocker)** is seeking an **Associate Veterinarian** to join our tenured DVM team in **San Jose, California** .

The successful candidate will be an experienced veterinarian or confident new grad looking to provide excellent patient care and client service in a fast-paced clinic. Exotics experience preferred but not required. **Opportunity for growth and development of strong leadership skills is available.**

VCA Crocker is a fast-paced, four doctor small animal & exotics practice that provides high quality, compassionate care with excellent customer service. Wellness and client education are a big part of our culture, however we are well-known in the area for urgent care and thus see a wide range of conditions and species. We have recently transitioned from walk-in clinic to an exciting balance of scheduled appointments and same-day work-ins to better serve our diverse client and patient needs.

Our well-equipped, spacious facility is warm and welcoming. To provide excellent care we are equipped with in-house labs (including chemistries, i-stat, and a variety of SNAP tests), ultrasound, and digital radiography. Digital dental radiographs are our standard for every patient undergoing dental prophylaxis, and VCAs CareClub provides a cost-effective solution to developing a strong preventative care relationship. Our well-trained and compassionate staff, as well as the VCA management team, are here to support you in providing the very best options for your clients. **We are looking for a Full-Time veterinarian (Part-Time Negotiable) to join the VCA Crocker family in our clinic that is open 7 days a week with no on-call hours. Our hospital leadership team works hard to promote a healthy work-life balance and create schedules that are mutually beneficial for the clinic team as well as the hospital flow and patient care.**

We are located in the thriving city of San Jose in the heart of Silicon Valley. There is a bustling downtown with many wonderful restaurants, cultural centers, and shops. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $100k to $150k. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
