• Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other team members and management.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.

• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
• Operate equipment in a safe efficient manner to maximize company returns. I.E. 100-500 HP tractors, operate primary and secondary tillage implements, row tillage implements, mowers, and other needed equipment.
• Operate equipment efficiently with utmost concern for safety of self, other employees, equipment, and crops.
• Assist mechanics with repairs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Able to work alone or in a team environment.
