This is a job for us hard-working individuals who enjoy early hours, working with a team outside and getting our hands dirty. Daily tasks will differ from day to day but include operating equipment, mowing, golf course set up, trimming, edging, raking sand traps, landscaping, pruning trees and shrubs, and a variety of other tasks to keep the golf course at its best. Our goal is to work together as a team to provide golfers with the best experience possible. This job is full time and will require working every other weekend morning for 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday, followed by a day off Monday. Then off the following weekend. Monday-Friday shifts are 4:30AM to 1:00PM, the weekend shifts are 4:30AM to 8:30AM. This job comes with full benefits including the standard AZ paid sick time (which can be used after 90 days of employment), as well as "in house" Paid Time Off which begins after 1 year of employment. A big part of this job is simply showing up for all of your scheduled shifts on time. The first 90 days is an important time, any missed work during this period must be pre-approved at least 2 weeks in advance.
