Our client is looking for the right candidate to fill the Customer Service Coordinator / Trainer

Customer Service Coordinator / Trainer Duties

  • Use both a laptop and mobile app to maintain records and customer information
  • Connect with customers by making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
  • Connect with existing customers for service and review of current benefits
  • Build relationships with clients through rapport and trust building
