Who we are seeking...

For many patients with rare and chronic diseases, getting the treatment they need can be challenging. The medications are usually very expensive and complex. So, those patients and the healthcare providers who treat them utilize special programs that help with the cost of their medication and the coordination of their care. We work with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers to help create and promote awareness of those programs. We also create and manage all the communications and materials that are essential for those programs to provide the support patients and healthcare providers need. It is a very uniquely rewarding type of marketing that is ideal for people who are intellectually curious (we are always learning something new), and have a desire to do good work, for a good purpose.

In order to be successful and continue in your professional development, you possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum), preferably in marketing or communications field
• 2 years of advertising/marketing agency experience required; healthcare highly desired
• Market access and reimbursement experience highly desired
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, as you will partner with a wide range of team members, from senior executives to individual contributors
• Contributes to a culture of exceptional client service, delivery efficiency and distinction
• Excellent organization skills. Knows how to work efficiently and prioritize execution
• A self-starter who loves the freedom and accountability that comes with handling their own workflow. Adept at communicating problems/issues along with action plans or alternatives for resolution
• Comfortable handling changing priorities, learning new skills and building consensus across multifaceted functions.
• A conscientious team member who takes responsibility for their success as well as their team’s success.
• Takes pride in everything they deliver as a reflection of themselves.
