Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to forge and nurture relationships with key players in the real estate, property management, and land development communities. This is a lucrative opportunity with uncapped commission and residual income potential, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with property management companies, land developers, and real estate agencies.
• Secure contracts for termite pretreats on construction sites, maintenance programs for rental properties and apartment complexes, and termite treatments for property sales.
• Utilize your industry knowledge to navigate and connect with the right people effectively.
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or land development.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with the key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Springfield metro area is a plus.

Training and Support:

• Comprehensive internal training provided by a team with over 70 years of combined experience in termite and pest control.

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission structure with residual income opportunities.
