This is a technical role that works with the supply chain engineers to deliver the products and technologies Intel needs at the right cost, time, and quality.

As the Technical Support Specialist Supply Chain, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Supporting root cause and quality incident reviews, identifying the root cause of problems, and driving closure internally and externally.

* Supporting the documentation of future tool configurations and managing changes to the configurations.

* Managing change notices and insuring part qualification and supporting documentation is complete.

* Working on key escalations during equipment delivery and startup.

* Providing support and driving improvement to our internal scorecard, warranty, and Intellectual property processes.

**Qualifications**

This is an entry-level Supply Chain position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. ****This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.***

**Minimum Qualifications:**

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below.

* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 1 years of related experience

* Semiconductor industry experience

* Familiarity with change control processes

* Experience in root cause analysis
