GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Responsible for providing medical care as delegated by the physician.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION:
Requires a Master's degree and current certification as a Physical Therapist
EXPERIENCE:
Two plus years of experience in Spine orthopedics and general orthopedics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of experience in and out of patient physical therapy clinic . Experience with orthopedics is preferred
