What You'll Do:

As a member of our clinical team, you will become an integral part of each of your patient's services team. Being a part of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with other clinicians of our lively team, learn how to become a remarkable therapist and crush your job responsibilities, which include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills, as well as their ability to access and participate in educational activities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings, student needs, and educational objectives, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Provide direct intervention services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and delays, including articulation, phonology, language processing, pragmatic language, and fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum and classroom activities, and provide consultation on classroom strategies and accommodations.
  • Facilitate small group therapy sessions and social skills groups to support students' communication and interaction skills in peer settings.
  • Educate and empower students, families, and caregivers on techniques for improving communication and language skills at home and in the community.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant records in compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
