Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the HVAC industry.
- Analyze sales data, forecast future sales trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to identify sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies in the HVAC sector. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
