Allstate Insurance Agency located in Lilburn, GA is seeking a passionate, self-driven, bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced P&C Licensed Insurance salesperson motivated to sell insurance and establish client relationships. As a Licensed Insurace Sales Representative you will be part of a team in an Elite level Allsate Agency.

Can make up to $85000.00 or more with benefits and uncapped performance based commission!

Responsibilities:

• Pursue new prospects and cross sell adding services to current clients by marketing property and casualty insurance.
• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate product and services.
• Develope insurance quotes, make proposals, and close sales.
• Grow sales with new clients by utilizing target client lists, direct mail, and various lead sources.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous Insurance sales experience required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Strong work ethics, must have integrity.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
