Salary: $115,000 - $143,000 per year

Job Details
The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing Employee Health services to new hires and incumbents in the corporate and Long Term Care facilities located in Brooklyn NY.
Duties include performing physical examinations, ordering tests, determining a diagnosis, developing a treatment plan, and monitoring the employee's health during follow-up visits.
Ideal candidate will be an ANP, AGNP or FNP - Board Certified with active and unincumbered NY State APRN license with active DEA
Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm
