Unit description: In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the Registered Nurse is directly responsible for attending to patient's nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice and established Porter Medical Group policies and procedures. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
Wound Care Certified preferred. Must become Wound Care Certified within 6 months of employment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant RN experience in chosen clinical area preferred.
Must be Wound Care Certified within 6 months of employment.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: External candidates with 1 year of experience are eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
