Are you passionate about communications, innovation, and creating a positive impact in a dynamic work environment? Join Signet's IT Corporate Solutions Portfolio team as a Strategic Communications Intern and contribute to our exciting journey in IT program management, change management, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Our IT Corporate Solutions Portfolio team oversees a range of critical functions, from demand facilitation and project management to business analysis and financial governance. As we strive for excellence, we believe in cultivating a work environment where everyone's unique skills and perspectives are not only recognized but celebrated.

Responsibilities:

As our Strategic Communications Intern, you will be an integral part of our IT team, working on diverse projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying key project/program stakeholders and tailor communication strategies to address their specific needs and concerns.

* Creating detailed communication plans aligned with project timelines and objectives.

* Working closely with project teams to anticipate and mitigate communication-related risks.

* Managing internal IT communications programs and contributing to various employee events throughout the year.

* Assessing feedback and survey data to formulate actionable plans for improving employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

* Developing original content to engage with our IT Interns.

* Facilitating collaboration and project mapping to enhance engagement with IT Interns.

We are looking for individuals who bring a fresh perspective and creative energy. The following qualifications are essential:

* Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Communications, Business or a related field.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other presentation and communication tools.

* Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.

* Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and a sociable nature.

* Creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

* Bonus: Experience with Confluence.

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
