ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Professionally Move furniture and client values from one location to another.

* Moving and assembly of residential and/or commercial furniture.

* Ability to work independently or with a team assigned to provide office moving.

* Ability to professionally communicate with Team Leader, Moving Consultant, and Customer.

* Timely completion of work with high level of workmanship.

* Assisting in loading and unloading box trucks.

* Preparing furniture for transportation (pad-wrapping and shrink-wrapping).

* Perform disassembly and reassembly of furniture.

* Ability to lift heavy furniture.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 18 years old

* Professional appearance

* Previous moving or general labor experience

* Be able to lift at least 50lbs / 120lbs with assistance

Work is typically performed in a controlled office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances. May require occasional travel.
