The Swift Group is Hiring a Customer Service Support Specialist Near Reston, VA

Job Description

Assist with maintenance of existing legacy applications and transition to a new system architecture. Location is the Reston area. ***NOTE: Additional security scrub required.***

1. Demonstrated experience learning details of a legacy application.

2. Demonstrated experience providing basic user and application administrative support

3. Provide a central point of contact between the user and Sponsor for the legacy application to resolve issues at the lowest practical support level.

4. Build sustainable relationships of trust through timely, open and interactive communication.

5. Focus on issue to resolve when users are unhappy or complaining.

6. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to the Application developers.
