**Your role as a Guest Service Supervisor:**

As a member of our Front Office Team, you will participate in our mission to provide uniquely crafted experiences through personalized connections that will inspire future leaders who will change the world of hospitality.

* A Guest Service Supervisor is a "manager-in-training", performing front line operational duties, while also serving as a work group leader and assisting our management team with the training and supervision of other front line regular, temporary and student staff.

* A Guest Service Supervisor will be cross-trained and able to work competently as a Guest Service Agent, Reservationist, PBX Operator or Bellperson. A Guest Service Supervisor will be trained and developed to be able to serve Manager-On-Duty shifts to fill in as needed by the Front Office Management team.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of relative experience working in hotel.

* Basic computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

* Good working knowledge of hotel management systems/revenue management/online travel agencies.

* Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record.

* The physical requirements for the job, include:

The ability to jog or walk quickly to retrieve guest cars.

The ability to lift and transport guest luggage up to 50 pounds

The ability to be on your feet standing for extended periods of time.

Able to work a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, that is subject to change on short notice.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Professional demeanor, dignified composure, pride in personal appearance.

* Superior communication skills (verbal and written) and professional phone etiquette.
