FULL-TIME medical appointment scheduler needed for call center in Mokena, IL. Some responsibilities include answering central call center phones and scheduling our patients for procedures and provider consultations. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone manners, a high degree of organization, strong computer and keyboarding,and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a team environment. Scheduling and/or medical office experience preferred, but not required. Flexibility required but a typical schedule would be 8am-6pm / 4-days a week.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer/keyboarding skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual a plus
