A manufacturing organization is looking for a custoer service/data entry professional to join their team. The ideal candidate has billing, invoicing and order entry experience. High-school degree is required and AR experience is a big plus!

What You Will Be Doing

• Data Entry
• Receipt Entry- to increment inventory in quantity and cost from vendor invoice.
• Order entry- May need to enter direct orders into the computer to prompt an invoice.
• Pricing Report review and Distribution.
• Update Shipping - compile data from vendor invoices

What You Need for this Position

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email is required.
• Must be detail oriented, punctual, able to multi-task effectively, and work in a fast paced environment.
• Computer skills required (Microsoft Office).
