Health and Wellness Specialists, INC is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Paducah, KY
Health and Wellness Specialists have a passion and mission to guide our customers on their health and wellness journey with healthy foods, vitamins, supplements, and essential oils as well as health services and consultations.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work on the sales floor, help with client appointments, and assist in Panacea Juicery. This is a multifaceted fasted paced position!
Position expectations:
Individual must be:
· Over 18
· Dependable, service-oriented and customer-focused

· able to listen to and take directions
· able to get to work at scheduled times (reliable transportation)
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· answering phones and directing calls to appropriate departments
· cleaning, arranging and stocking product shelves
· be able to operate and complete retail sales through a point-of-sale system
· assisting customers with products and services plus taking orders
· general cleaning of store including cleaning floors and bathrooms
· assisting in our meal prep area which includes preparing produce, washing dishes, and making products for customers
· assist with client services such as footbaths, Migun therapy, and other appointments
· schedule appointments and set up client files for appointments; file charts
· other duties as assigned
Individuals must be able to:
· stand for long periods of time along with bending and stooping; lift up to 50 pounds
· be able to use sharp instruments and equipment
· answer phones and use a point of sale system
· work with customers
Hours vary between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM – Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Individuals MUST be able to work until 6:00 PM daily and on Saturdays as scheduled
Pay will be based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
