Job DescriptionJob Description

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
• Take orders, check available inventory, provide product information, quote pricing, and delivery information upon request.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns efficiently, effectively and according to established department policies and procedures.
• Communicate order status updates and answer product knowledge requests to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with Sales Department to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Manage incoming calls, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and keep records of customer interactions for assigned
accounts and Sales Managers.
• Provide timely feedback to the Operations Manager regarding service failures and/or customer concerns that require escalation.
• Place follow-up calls on all service repairs to ensure expectations have been met.
• Perform minor technical troubleshooting of HSM product through phone or email. Initiate service calls with external service providers
and/or inhouse technicians for (warranty) repairs.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Process product returns, create credit memos, and assist with filing freight damage claims.
• Create and complete service orders to ensure work has been concluded or is still in need of further actions.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferred
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus

Skills:
• Ability to work with and through others within established guidelines
• Faster than average working pace
• Ability to handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
