Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical assistant manager to join our Trade Marketing Retail.com team. The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing various retail.com accounts to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives. This position will play an important role in increasing our e-commerce penetration and share of search by providing actionable data-driven insights and implementing strategic initiatives to deliver the desired outcomes.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide detailed retail.com sales reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement and opportunities, including proactive collaboration to address critical issues, trends, drive growth and support strategies monthly. Used a fact-based approach to analyzing the retail.com business and make recommendations on how to pivot to leverage consumer search trends.
• Regularly analyze and report on share of search performance for relevant keywords and category pages, while offering insights to identify SEO improvement opportunities. Make recommendations on copy changes to capitalize on key word trends.
• Regularly analyze paid media campaign performance and extract actional insights to optimize campaign strategies to maximize effectiveness. Provide executive summaries of reports to Trade Marketing and Sales leadership along with the detailed reports.
• Conduct competitor retail.com assessments. Regularly report on comparative results and provide recommendations on how to leverage successful competitive initiatives in the retail.com area of the business. Execute strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive positioning.
• Maximize retail.com sales potential by assessing opportunities for product display page enhancements, expanding product assortments, and enhancing ratings and reviews to drive consumer engagement and conversions to grow household penetration of brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel: Strong command of excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities is required to interpret large datasets for reporting. Power BI preferred.
• Analytical Aptitude: Possess analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights and communicate findings.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions and drive initiatives forward to achieve objectives.

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
