In this role you will use your sales experience to develop Top 50 roofer, builder, multi-family builder, and commercial architect brand specifications, negotiate supply/incentive agreements, and nurture partnerships with supply chain dealers. Your management and support team will include two Business Unit Managers, a Regional Sales/National Account Manager, two US manufacturing facilities, a local warehouse, and Customer Service, Product-Development, Marketing, and Human Resource Team’s. Your tools will include a laptop, iPhone, Microsoft 360 / Teams, Construct Connect Project Lead Mgmt. System, ARCAT commercial specification support, SAP Concur expense management, company American Express Card, ZOHO CRM, and Sandler Sales Systems training.
Your 3 yrs. of building industry sales experience and bachelor’s degree will assure you are a candidate. Your brand specification experience, collaborative nature, and earnings driven personality will make you a leading candidate.
