JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Ke Ola Pono and Case Management Coordinator and in coordination with the KOHOM Program Coordinator/Resident Manager, the SLP (Sober Living Program) case manager will monitor parolees in the cottage and engage women who are referred to Ka Ohu Hou O Manoa supportive living program. The SLP case manager will provide case management services, including referrals for substance use treatment, accessing vocational supports/opportunities, family therapy, healthcare, domestic violence supports, sexual abuse services support, and connecting with and utilizing community resources. The SLP case manager will be culturally competent and able to provide a gender responsive service approach to high need female parolees and draw on Hawaiian and other Asian and Pacific Islander cultural values that promote a recovery lifestyle.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, and/or a minimum of 1 year work experience or knowledge of addiction/recovery and offender services. Personal vehicle and Valid Hawaii Sate driver license required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Able to meet basic standards of physical, mental health, and communication demands as specified by State and/or professional accreditation standards applicable to this agency. Initial/Annual criminal background check, pre-employment, annual physical examination, CPR/first aid, TB test, and driver abstract compliance with agency policy are required.
