Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1 year of AP experience
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi task as this role with report to Finance Manager and HR Manager

Job Duties:

• Process invoices
• Handle wire transfers
• Review incoming payments and allocate accordingly
• Maintain ledger
• Review timesheet reports and biweekly payroll
• Respond to HR inquiries including but not limited to unemployment and disability claims
