The Director of Social Services will provide oversight and supervision for all social service programs and staff, including Emergency Shelter programs, Emergency Assistance programs, food pantry, meal program, etc.
About the role:
Education: MSW or advanced degree in related field of study.
Certifications: Social Work certification from the State of Wisconsin is preferred. Valid Wisconsin Drivers' License with clearance to drive from The Salvation Army's insurance carrier.
Experience: Four - ten years' experience in the field of Social Services or related role. Experience in supervising and motivating others.
