Job Type: Full-Time 1-year W2 Contract, Strong Conversion likelihood

Pay Rate: $65-$75/ HR

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in mechanical systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects with HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, process piping, Clean Rooms, Data Centers, etc. with a focus on mechanical engineering calculations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct engineering calculations for mechanical systems, including process piping, HVAC, chillers, and energy facilities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with design consultants to ensure constructability and feasibility of project plans.
  • Coordinate permit acquisition and regulatory compliance for all mechanical installations.
  • Procure equipment and materials, optimizing cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and sustainable practices on construction sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, cost analysis, and lessons learned to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Strong background in engineering calculations and analysis for process piping, HVAC, and energy facilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards.
