Home of the Innocents is Hiring a Clinical Treatment Director Near Elizabethtown, KY

Position: Clinical Treatment Director - Foster Care & Adoption Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some evenings and weekends may be required Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 A Day in the Life: You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of our clinical and direct care programs. Your responsibilities will include providing direct clinical services when necessary and ensuring the overall leadership and direction of all existing programs. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to maintain departmental compliance and uphold quality standards. Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field
Independent Professional Licensure in the state of Kentucky is preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in direct care in the human services field
Experience working with recovery-based treatment plans and trauma-informed behaviorally oriented programs
Strong crisis intervention skills and extensive knowledge of family systems, dynamics of domestic violence, substance abuse, child abuse, parenting, child development and/or the cycle of violence
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
