Weekday Opportunity in Outpatient Primary Care Clinic :

We are hiring for full-time FNP positions with a 4-day clinic schedule , weekdays no weekends. Collaborate with a team of providers from all specialties, plus integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, and nurse case managers. Lead your team – a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant – to provide quality care to a diverse multi-cultural underserved patient population.
