Consider joining our team as a Grounds Technician for Rivers Edge Apartments and Townhomes in Dayton, Ohio.
Who you are:
- At least one year of experience in groundskeeping.
- Enjoy working primarily outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you’ll do as a Grounds Technician:
- Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and roadways free of debris, snow, and ice.
- Plant, fertilized and water trees, grass, flowers, and shrubs.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns about outdoor areas.
- Report issues or damage to outdoor structures and landscaping features to management.
- Completes light to moderate maintenance work orders and maintain the pool chemicals.
- Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
