Duties:
1. Creates and distributes weekly staffing schedule
2. Maintains and notes all changes to the weekly staffing schedule, including shift changes, increases and decreases in staffing levels.
3. Approves weekly payroll and approves time off as available.
4. Provides coaching, mentoring and feedback to direct support professionals.
5. Provides medical monitoring and oversight of each resident, ensuring appointments are scheduled, attended and all recommendations noted and followed.
6. Ensures personal plans are updated and services delivered according to the personal plan
7. Maintains active files for each resident
8. Maintains personal finances of all residents and sends reports monthly to Rep Payees.
9. Maintains program petty cash, monitoring use and requests.
10. Maintains program budget line items (groceries, supplies, staffing, etc)
11. Ensures quality of documentation for all residents.
12. Ensures household menus are available and groceries are in the program to fulfill menu
13. Performs on call responsibility as scheduled.

General:
1. Comply with all federal, state and local regulations as regards services for persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities or autism, including rights of recipients and mandatory reporting.
2. Comply with Office of Aging and Disability Services and Department of Human Services regulations.
3. Demonstrate confidentiality and respect to the lives of those we support
4. Participate as a member of the Team

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years' supervisory experience in a related field
DSP Certification preferred

*CPR and CRMA certifications may be completed upon hire*

Abilities: This position requires the ability to function comfortably both independently and in a team in environment, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. Exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must have supervisory experience. Attention to detail is imperative for the success of this position. Proficiency with electronic software (Microsoft Office Suite) and electronic health records. Strong writing, typing and organizational skills are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, and a professional presentation are required.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described herein are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job and include climbing stairs regularly, carrying and lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs, bending and stretching.
Mental Demands: Must be able to assume a wide range of responsibilities, be self-directed, and effectively work within a busy and demanding environment.
Safety: The Progress Center promotes a safe work environment. Employees must follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure an accident free workplace.

Confidentiality: The Progress Center employees may have access to or be required, as part of the duties of this job, to view, use, and/or be aware of certain Protected Health Information (PHI) or other facts about individuals that are of a highly personal and confidential nature. Employees must follow and adhere to all HIPA and agency confidentiality and privacy policies and practices. Employees may also be required to follow additional confidentiality policies and practices required by certain programs or business units.

Work Environment: The Residential Program Coordinator will primarily work from the house they are assigned to with potential travel to other locations.
Job Performance Evaluation: The employee will be evaluated at 90 days and annually thereafter unless performance warrants more frequent evaluations.
