What You Will Achieve:

The Intake Coordinator II will provide data entry and customer service support for the electronic benefit verification program. This position reports to the Manager of Reimbursement, Electronic Verifications. The position will need to be on-site during training and is available for a hybrid schedule after training. Hours are 8am - 4:30pm. 

How You Will Achieve It:

• Support the intake process for electronic benefit verification forms and medical records for Reimbursement.
• Fax server support for electronic forms.
• Data entry of all electronic records received for Reimbursement.
• Effectively interface with hospitals, wound care centers and physicians.
• Direct new customer paperwork as needed.
• Assist with new customer set up.
• Maintain a log of incomplete forms and contracts.
• Compile reporting information as it relates to the electronic benefit verification process.
• Other duties as needed.
