Primary Job Function: This rare opportunity requires a candidate with energy, ambition, drive, excellent people skills and self-motivation. Candidates must prove they can work well on their own, have the ability to prospect, conduct sales meetings with clients, submit bids, close sales, and build and maintain relationships with client prospects. Successful candidates must possess an outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. Facilities Maintenance/HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

This position is a long term and full-time employment opportunity for qualified applicants. Requirements include a Great Attitude and Self-Starter! , some Facilities/HVAC knowledge or experience AND the ability to make and close sales along with the desire to learn and grow in this industry. ALL applicants are required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test for security clearance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
