We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Icare Manager as well as a passion for providing quality care to the elderly.

Duties:

Provide patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

Document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR) using Icare Manager

Assist with care, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring vital signs

Lift and transfer patients as needed

Provide behavioral health support to patients

Collect and process laboratory specimens

Requirements: Active LPN license in the state of MS

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in memory care

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team coverage
