About the Job:

The Nutrition Group has an open position for a Director of Food and Nutrition. This position includes the management of daily operations for multiple K-12 School Cafeterias within the Beaufort County School District.

Duties to include:

• Management of Staff to ensure productive workplace and limit excess labor costs.
• Utilize accurate accounting practices to ensure food costs and inventory controls are properly maintained at each location.
• Communications with school district officials.
• Ensuring the menu is properly executed and presented to the customer in an appealing display.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's in related field required
• At least 1 year of experience with Staff Management
• Food Service Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Required to positively pass a criminal background check prior to receiving a job offer
