As a floater, you will play a crucial role in supporting various classrooms and age groups, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children.
Duties

• Assist Teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans.
• Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Help with meal/snack times, bathroom breaks, and nap times.
• Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.
• Follow health and safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is preferred
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong Communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
