Role : Organization Change Management and Training Specialist (OCM)Client : State of DCLocation : Washington, D.CJob Description:Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and conduct training for Budget and finance applicationsDevelop instructional material to teach District's end-user community the use of finance and budget applicationsDevelop Job Aids, Policies, and ProceduresTrain learners in the appropriate use of financial tasks in on-premise, cloud applications budget and finance systemsOversee and develop all aspects of the training life cycle: develop and implement a training strategy, needs assessment, curriculum design, content development and delivery plan, and success metrics/KPIsCreate learning materials, data sets for sandboxes, and other relevant training resourcesCreate and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables including but not limited to slide decks, roadmaps, social media account management, organizational design, workforce analytics and evaluation, and more Education:Bachelor's degreeExperience supporting and training Public Sector clientsFamiliarity with state/local government accounting, financial, budget and grant training Qualifications: 1.12 years of professional work experience related to instructional design and learning for finance and budget applications.Experience related to learning and building training for on-premise and cloud financial applications4 years of experience conducting trainingExperience related to instructional design, preferably on a corporate-level or large-scale systems implementation projectsMicrosoft PP proficiency to create and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables.Change management-related certifications are a plus (CCMP, CPCM, CMS)#J-18808-Ljbffr
