Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, language, science, and art activities
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in children
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
- Monitor and assess each child's development to tailor teaching strategies accordingly

Experience:
- Education in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a structured learning environment
- Familiarity with special education techniques is beneficial
