The
Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and
development of technical proposals
and presentations. Responsibilities also include interfacing with technical personnel and coordinating submissions with sub consultants and joint-venture partners.Qualifications
5 years' experience required in writing and editing proposals and presentations in the A/E/CM industryBachelor’s degree preferredFamiliarity with construction management, engineering and/or architecture concepts.Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling proposal languageKnowledge and familiarity working with all industry Standard Forms and New York City/State agency procurement procedures highly desiredThe ability to multi-task, manage and meet deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environmentAbilityto work as a team playerThe experience and judgment to work pro-activelywithout direction or responses from technical staffExpertise in MS Office applications is essentialDesign/Build proposal experience a plus- Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.- Compensation: Min: $75,000 - Max: $90,000- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
