The successful applicant will:

Be a personable collaborator that thrives in a creative environment

Want to become an key member of our management team

Have a clear understanding of client satisfaction with the ability to listen, interpret, and present designs and plans that exceed our customers’ expectations

Have the verbal and written communication skills necessary to translate and sell their ideas, designs, and plans to an audience of professional, well-educated, and multi-cultural mix of clients.

The position responsibilities:

Learn and understand The Kitchen Master operation, procedures, and philosophy.

Develop strong relationships with educated middle to high end clients who are seeking the services of a professional turnkey design and installation firm.

Create unique room designs and present them with a clear understanding of the customers’ needs, desires, and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

An interior design degree and a minimum of 3 years of residential design experience

Formal training and experience in design programs like Chief Architect, 20-20, and Sketch Up

Ability to work a varied schedule

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding critical thinking skills, poise under pressure, and the ability to meet deadlines

Go-the-extra-mile mentality in achieving personal and organization goals with the desire to earn over one hundred fifty thousand dollars a year
