About the Role : As our Gummy Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the production of gummy supplements. Your responsibilities include:

• Production Oversight: Directing gummy production activities on a shift basis, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Gummy production area
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies and verifying equipment functionality and safeguards.
• Team Leadership: Assigning tasks to gummy operators and providing necessary support and ongoing team development
• Compliance Expert: Ensuring adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and Batch Record Manufacturing.
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing process controls, parameters, and batch records.
• Communication Hub: Daily updates with adjoining shift leadership for seamless operations.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate: Leading with a mindset of continuous improvement.

About You : You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines. In addition, you:

• Are dedicated to upholding and elevating high-quality standards, demonstrating unwavering commitment to compliance with stringent quality control procedures.
• Are proficient in making well-informed and timely decisions, ensuring seamless production process continuity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements, demonstrating a keen ability to implement improvements that result in heightened operational efficiency.
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams and departments, fostering a culture of unity and shared success
• Possess exceptional communication skills, with the added advantage of being bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective interaction in multicultural environments
• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and thrives in dynamic environments, adept at adapting swiftly to evolving priorities

Qualifications to be a Production Supervisor:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably an FDA-regulated environment
• Previous experience leading a production team in a dynamic GMP-compliant facility
