Latham, The Pool Company is Hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Fort Wayne Location!

Primary Role: The Maintenance supervisor for Latham Pool Products will be primarily responsible for training, mentoring, and managing the staff of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in a maintenance supervisory role. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PLC ladder logic, control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, 380V 3 phase power, chillers, air compressors, and have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. They should also be detail driven, self-motivated, and have a desire to actively impact and improve overall plant safety, quality, and efficiency metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure teams adherence to all established plant safety and quality procedures

* Train and develop teams troubleshooting and maintenance techniques and skills

* Assist with troubleshooting complex issues until resolved

* Coordinate, schedule, and supervise work performed by outside contractors when required

* Utilize CMMS software for managing preventative maintenance activities

* Utilize CMMS software for managing breakdown workorder activities and assignments

* Assist with Sourcing and ordering components related to scheduled and unscheduled downtime

* Positively impact the overall reliability and efficiency of equipment

Qualifications/Skills:

* Degree in a technical field a plus, but not required

* Minimum of 10 years maintenance or related industry experience

* 3-5 years experience as a maintenance supervisor

* Excellent planning and leadership abilities

* Strong technical skills with industrial equipment and systems

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* The ability to proactively contribute in a team environment

* The ability to work overtime when necessary

WHAT WE OFFER:

* A competitive wage from $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
