Job Description:

The JAAW Group is seeking a talented and experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and support our mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI algorithms, models, and systems to solve complex business problems and optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality and suitability for AI model development.
- Implement and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models using industry-standard frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Train, evaluate, and refine AI models using large-scale datasets to achieve desired performance and accuracy.
- Deploy AI solutions to production environments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed AI models, utilizing techniques such as model retraining and online learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems and develop new solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess AI needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver innovative AI solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Document AI models, workflows, methodologies, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and ensure reproducibility.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree or higher is a plus.
- Professional experience as an AI Engineer, implementing machine learning and deep learning models in real-world applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C .
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and libraries such as supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, and their application to computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or other AI domains.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application in AI model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI deployments.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within interdisciplinary teams and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
