Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste according to established procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
