The Home at Hearthstone is a 96 bed facility located in Mt. Healthy. We offer short term, long term and memory care to our Residents. Our nursing assistants work a schedule of 6P-6A and rotate weekends and holidays. No more than 16 Residents per STNA with the normal being 10-12. Clean facility with adequate supplies and staffing ratios. . FSHP
